The Fitsilver project
World's first metabolic tracker
Driftline is cooperating with CSEM of Switzerland in Eurostars project nr. 2671 (Fitness and calorie tracking for the Silver generation). The timeframe of the project is March 2023 - February 2025. This project will develop the world's first automatic metabolic fitness tracker and a new method of health monitoring of elderly or obese individuals. The new solution is based on a breakthrough in heart rate analysis and metabolic profiling, introducing the first non-invasive measurement of calorie intake. The aim is to develop a solution that may help relieve health problems associated with ageing and obesity. The tracker and software will be commercialized for personal users, hospitals, universities, and companies.
This project has received funding from the Icelandic Technology Development Fund and the Eurostars-2 Joint Programme with co-funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme.
